The Kiowa County Clerk & Recorder’s Office
 WILL CLOSE

at 2:00 P.M. on December 31, 2019 for year-end balancing with the Treasurer’s Office. Please make sure your November renewals have been processed or else there will be a late fee attached beginning January 2, 2020.
